Starting week 1 of 19 – New Bedford Half training

I took a rest day yesterday. My legs were still tired from the Vermont 10 Miler but I started my New Bedford Half Marathon training today. 5 jog, 2 run intervals with a warm up and cool down period. Glad to get out this morning! 19 weeks to train! ❤️🏃
