So Much Coming Soon!

Recent colors before a sunrise

Hello, everyone! It’s been a while! I took some serious time off from social media (and may still) and haven’t posted anything here in a while. There’s been a lot going on. I did that thing I do where I put back on 50+ lbs during some stressful times last summer. I’ve since completely recommitted to my health and am down 50+ lbs and currently in the 190s again, which feels good!

I started working with a nutritionist last year and all of it finally started to click and come into place for me. I’ve finally gotten into a workout routine that is not just running. I’m doing core, hot yoga, wall yoga, a strength training program, chest focused weights, Peloton, etc. My goal is to get in better shape than I was in high school and I’m well on my way!

I recently had the privilege to record for The Addiction Nutritionist, Kelly Miller’s podcast. I can’t wait for the episode to drop! Kelly is an excellent person to work with. You can find her at the following link:

During the podcast I ended up talking about some new projects I’m working on:

I’m training for the New Bedford Half Marathon again. I WILL break 2 hours this year!

Me training recently in the nice cold weather

I’m in the midst of a new coffee table book called “Sobering Sunrises”. It is a collection of sunrise photos that I’ve taken during the nearly 7 years I’ve been sober. Sunrises helped me find the will to live again. It will include some short writings, but is mostly photos. I’ll post the link to purchase it here once it is ready!

I’m working on a collection of paintings that will be turned in a Tiverton Trails art gallery. I’m thinking Fort Barton this time. You’ll be able to find the hidden paintings throughout the Fort Barton trails. I’ll be posting here and on social media about it once I’ve executed the drops! I did this in Weetamo a couple of years ago.

I’m getting into resin art … I did this piece and I really liked it. I’m going to be doing more with sea glass!

My first resin art piece

Stay tuned! It’s going to be a fun year!
