… actually started the week with a rest day yesterday. I had to let my calf heal a little more.

Glad I did. The weather here is better, mid 40s, and it’s nice to not have to wear 1000 layers. My body felt good. Great training today!

1.58 mile warm up

3 x 2 repeats with short walk in between each

1.71 mile walk/light run cool down
