Falling behind on my paces but it’s ok

1.5 warm up, this is the 5 tempo (off my pace unfortunately), 1.5 cool down

Not sure what exactly changed this week. The snow shoveling definitely affected my running. I think the accumulation of this training program caught up to me, too. I suppose I can factor in the weather… It is extremely humid today with rain on the way and all the melting snow. The other week this tempo run was no problem. Today I struggled. My body is still tired.

The good news: I accept it. You have to take the good with the bad. The tough with the easy.

The best news: I pushed through and got it done.
