
Absolute mess of a run. That’s all I have to say. This training program plus the 3 hours of shoveling this past weekend has officially caught up to me.
I was nowhere near my goal pace. I’m happy to just get the mileage done. I was supposed to do 1.5 mile warm up, 4×1.5 mile strength repeats, and 1.5 mile cool down. My body allowed me to do 1.5 mi warm up, 3×1.5 weak repeats, 1 mile cool down, 1.5 mile final weak repeat, 0.5 mile final cool down.
I’ll take it. So glad I have a massage booked tonight. My calves were outrageously tight this morning.
