It has been a busy work week. I’m tired mentally and this training program is starting to kick my butt. My legs are tiiiiiiirrrrreeed!
I wanted to quit during my warm up run today. However, I kept it simple and asked if my body could do one more lap. It kept (very reluctantly) saying yes so I got it done today.
