Strength training is very hard

First four 1 milers
last two 1 milers

My Tuesday training has switched from speed work to strength intervals. I’m aiming for 8:59 strength intervals.

These were really really hard after the first one. I wanted to stop after the second one but pushed through. Not sure why the time difference depending on which direction I was going around the track. Not sure if wind was a factor, although it doesn’t feel like it.

My legs are still feeling the 12 from Sunday so I am proud of this outcome. Much needed rest day tomorrow.
