Training 50% completed!

10 long well comfortably under pace prescribed by training plan

Very happy to get my long 10 in this week. It was 6 degrees to start the day and I was questioning it. I bundled up in layers and got out saying I’d just take it slow like last week. Somehow, my legs were working well today even with all the fatigue and cold.

This was a very comfortable pace today. I’m psyched.Training is officially 50% complete!!
