


I love these Bluetooth shoes and this Hanson’s training program. I feel like I made major improvements this week in particular. My cadence is improving (and I didn’t even realize I needed to improve it) and I feel I’m getting stronger. I was supposed to keep it at 9:53 pace for my long run and killed it today. I wasn’t trying to push myself either… This was just above conversational pace… So weird to see such an improvent. I like it!
