Forgot to post start of week 7 yesterday (totally unremarkable) and then tough repeats today

Crappy feeling run yesterday. I had negative motivation and tired legs but I didn’t want to miss a day so I got out and went very easy for the 4.

Today was 600m repeats x 8. 600m repeats are tough. That’s all I have to say about that. Feels SO good to get this workout done.
