More training!

I’m glad I’ve been able to adjust my work schedule to accommodate my runs with these shortened days. I do that on Thursdays and Fridays. Afternoon running is very different than morning runs. I’m grateful to train on that, though. My motivation is usually gone by the time I get to them. Pushing through that is the best training.

All that being said, I enjoy morning runs so much more. It’s such a good way to start the day.
