Week 5 tempo run!

My diet continues to be hit or miss. I’m trying to be gentle with myself about it. Like Cat shared with me it’s all about starting again and then starting again. It’s a good lesson.

I’ve been killing it with the consistency of my training, though. It’s good to focus on that!

Today was 1.5 mi warm up, 3 mile tempo run, and 2.25 mile walk/jog cool down. I’m psyched on this workout today!
