My diet has been horrendous and I’m getting frustrated with myself. I have plenty of time to reel it in, though.

I’ve been consistent with my training plan. That’s what is keeping me going right now.

I slept like crap last night and was up for a couple hours. I got up later than I’d have liked and I’m psyched I still got out. I went out for 2, came back home and conducted my Tuesday work meeting, and got out to finish. 5 easy total.
