Went in to work early so I could get out while it was light out for my training today. I signed up for a 5k next Sunday so I’m starting the tempo and speed training a little early. I’ll need the speed and pace control help next Sunday.
1.5 mile warm up, 3 mile tempo run (I’m aiming for 9:09 for the half marathon but gave it a bit more at the moment to prepare for the 5k), 1.75 mile cool down walk/run
