Continuing week 2 (of 19) NB Half training … Hanson’s method in the near future?

I started reading a book about the Hanson’s training method. I haven’t switched my training program yet but I will be. I like what I’m reading and learning about in the book. It makes sense and I think it will help me achieve my running goals next year!

Today was a recovery run for 60 minutes. Beautiful afternoon out today! Great run!
