Starting week 2 (of 19) NB Half training

Yesterday I started a full body workout, which I plan to do various of on my off days. I could feel it today. It’s been a while since I’ve done squats, push ups, planks, etc.

I felt a little sluggjsh today because of the soreness, but a good sluggish. Glad I got out! I did 5 min warm up then 5 repeats of 2 min run followed by 5 min jog and end with a 5 min cool down.
