Finishing week 1 (of 19) of NB half training

Sunday’s run with Erin

Finishing up week 1 (of 19) training for the New Bedford half.

I got out and did 5, pushing myself a bit for mile 4, and ended back home to get Erin and finish off 3 more with walk, jog, run intervals.

I’m very happy with this run! It was a good week of training. I’m still working on tightening up my diet. It will come into place.
